  Securely pack the items in their original packaging; our logistics partner will conduct a brief surface inspection during the scheduled pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  A courier representative will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours of your request to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Refund Processing

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality audit, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
